I am installed Omnivista and configure, it can connect to OXO and also synchronize but it could not get any tickets from system

6.4.1. Procedure
−Run PM5 from the Configuration application.
−Develop the " Metering " icon, then double-click on Metering.
•In the Metering Printout tab, check:

Notes
♦Under no circumstances should you check 'Network mode' . If this was the case, the
sets of the organization would be represented by their DDI numbers.
♦A number entered in 'metering node' has no effect as it is not operated by the
OmniVista 4760.
•Click the Fields button, check the fields represented by the right-hand column and select
Subscriber name .
•The choice of Type of printout only has an impact on the presentation of tickets on the
fly.

If the charging tickets for incoming calls (in addition to outgoing calls) need to be loaded, go to
Subscriber/Basestations List, then Details\Metering and select All calls in
Surveillance. Do this for each of the sets.
−Develop the " Network Management Control" icon, then double-click on Centralized Management.
The parameters which it contains are dedicated to the OmniVista 4760.
•Check that the charging is active for Incoming Calls or Outgoing Calls or
Incoming/Outgoing Calls. If None Incoming Calls or Outgoing Calls or
Incoming/Outgoing Calls. If None is selected, the OmniVista 4760 poller will not
download any ticket. The tickets will remain stored in the buffer.
•In 'Identification PCX', the PCX declared in the System directory is mentioned once a
synchronization has been carried out.
